Why should I rent a home
instead of a hotel?
In a word -- VALUE! By
renting one of our
luxurious vacation
homes, you definitely
get more for your money.
Imagine getting a fully
furnished home, your own
private pool, and plenty
of room to relax -- and
all for the same price
(and sometimes less)
than a hotel!
Will I get a home that
has a pool?
Absolutely! Every home
that we offer has its
very own private pool.
The lanai area provides
a great place to soak up
some sun or enjoy dinner
out under the stars,
while the screen around
the pool and lanai
provides shelter from
any pesky bugs.
How do I make a
reservation?
Once you have selected
your dates, searched our
site, and decided on the
home that best suits you
and your party, simply
call us at
407-962-6791 or drop us
an email and one
of our representatives
will be more than happy
to assist you in
planning the perfect
vacation.
What is the deposit
required?
Upon booking, we require
that a deposit of 10% of
the total balance is
provided. This payment
will be applied to the
total price of your
rental. You can pay your
deposit over the phone
by credit card, or mail
in a personal check,
cashier's check, or
money order to our
office.
If you are booking a
specific house, the
deposit is $250.00. This
payment is also applied
to your total balance
for the booking. The
remaining balance is due
at least 30 days prior
to your arrival.
When do I pay the
remainder of my balance?
The remainder of your
balance is actually not
due until you arrive!
Upon check-in, your
balance will be
collected by any of the
following methods: cash,
credit card, travelers
checks, money order, or
cashier's check/bank
draft. If you would like
to pay your balance by
personal check, this
must be received by our
office at least 3 weeks
prior to your arrival
date (to allow time for
the check to clear).
What if I need to
cancel?
We understand that
sometimes situations
arise that prohibit
people from traveling.
If you need to cancel
and are able to notify
us over 30 days prior to
your arrival date, we
will be more than happy
to apply your deposit to
a future reservation. If
you have to cancel your
reservation and it is 30
days or less prior to
arrival, this will
forfeit your deposit.
How will I know what
home I will be staying
in?
In most cases, we do not
provide the actual
address of the home
until arrival because
things can change at any
point. The allocation of
the homes is based on
availability, any
outstanding maintenance
on the homes, and any
guest requests. We do
our best to honor any
requests that a guest
may have, such as a
particular view,
location, or bed
arrangement, but this is
not always possible.
If you have found a home
on our website that you
would like to book, we
will be more than happy
to guarantee this home
provided the following
conditions: the home is
available for your dates
of travel, the home is
still under our
management when you
arrive, and there are no
emergency maintenance
issues (i.e. broken air
conditioning) that would
prohibit us from putting
guests in the home. A
particular home can be
guaranteed for an
additional $10.00 per
night on top of the
nightly rate.
Once you have booked a
specific home, we will
notify the homeowner of
this booking so that you
are guaranteed this
home. In the event that
the property is not
available, we will
supply you with other
available alternatives.
How old are the homes?
Our homes have an
average age of
approximately 3-5 years
or less. We even have
houses that are just a
few months old! We are
constantly taking on new
properties to be able to
offer our guest the
newest and best
amenities.
What is provided in the
home?
The better question
would be -- what ISN'T
provided?! Each home
comes complete with a
fully equipped kitchen
including a
refrigerator, freezer,
oven, range, microwave,
dishwasher, cookware,
toaster, coffee maker,
blender, dishes,
silverware, glasses, and
utensils. There is also
a full size washer and
dryer right in the home.
Each bedroom will sleep
up to 2 people in either
a double bed (king,
queen, or full) or a
pair of twin beds, not
to mention the queen
size sleeper sofa which
sleeps an additional 2
people. The home also
comes with an alarm
clock, iron, ironing
board, hairdryer, and
even linens and towels!
What do I need to supply
myself?
While we try and provide
each guest with
everything they will
need, there are some
items that are not
provided in the homes.
While bath and hand
towels are provided, you
may want to bring your
own beach towels and
wash cloths as these are
not always provided in
the homes. Starters of
toilet paper, trash
bags, and soap are
provided, but you may
need to supply more of
these as your stay
progresses. In addition,
any basic toiletry items
such as shampoo,
conditioner, etc. must
also be provided by the
guest, as well as food.
How do I check-in?
Checking in couldn't be
simpler. Once the
your balance has be paid
in full you will be
issued with our welcome
information included
complete directions to
the home lock box
information and anything
else your might need to
have a great stay in one
of our many properties.
How far away are the
attractions from the
home?
Almost all of our homes homes are located
within 10 minutes to
Walt Disney World and
about 15 minutes to
Universal Studios,
Islands of Adventure,
Sea World, Wet N Wild,
and the dinner shows. In
addition, these homes
are also located just
minutes from
supermarkets, shops, and
just about every type of
restaurant imaginable!
When time
is check-out?
on the day of departure check
out time is at 10:00 a.m.
(unless previously
agreed by management).
What do I do in the
event that there is an
emergency?
In the event that
anything should go wrong
during your stay, simply
call our office and a
member of our staff will
be more than happy to
assist you with any
issue you may have.
